Where are you located?

We are located at 5452 South Madison Avenue Indianapolis, Indiana 46227 on the south side of Indianapolis.

We are on the northwest corner of Madison Avenue and Epler Avenue.

When are you open? What are your hours of operation?

We are currently closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We are open from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM on Tuesdays through Thursdays.

We are open from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM on Fridays

We are open from 8:30 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays.

I'm looking to order a custom cake or product, when is the best time to contact you or drop by?

We have custom order specialists that will be able to assist you! Outside of our specific consultation hours we may not have the ability to assist you in creating your custom order, we will do our best to assist outside of these times but may have to take a message or schedule you for a future date and time if our specialists are not available when you call or stop in to place an order or request information.

We are available for consultations from 11 AM to 6 PM on Tuesdays through Fridays.
We are available for consultations from 11 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays.

All other times are subject to prearrangement. We request that you please call ahead if you are going to be late for a consultation or wish to schedule a time with one of our custom order specialists.  Fridays and Saturdays are generally busy, it is advisable to schedule an appointment for one of those two days for custom orders, however we will still accept walk-in orders, our priority is to help those customers with an appointment first though. 

Do you sell your products anywhere other than your storefront on Madison Ave?

​Yes, we are at the Southport Farmers Market each year. View their website here for their operating hours and a list of their vendor lineup for the year. Their Facebook page is here.

​Do you deliver?
Yes we do, our delivery minimum purchase requirement is $20 and the delivery charge is based on round-trip mileage.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?
We offer discounted prices on our cupcakes when purchased by the dozen.

We have a wholesale menu available here. Wholesale orders carry minimum purchase requirements and customization may be limited or unavailable for some items. Please give us a call during our consultation hours for more information.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes we do. All of our gluten-free options can be found here. All of these must be preordered with prepayment, if you give us a call we can provide you with information regarding our current selection available. We have several products available daily.

Do you have sugar-free, vegetarian, or vegan options?

At this time we do not. However, if you contact us with at least three weeks notice and with a minimum product purchase of $50, we may be able to accomodate a custom order of sugar-free or vegetarian nature.

How far in advance should we book with you for a wedding or place an order?
The sooner is always the better, though, certain future calendar dates will fill up in advance and we are unable to schedule and accommodate more orders for that date. For weddings we strongly recommend at least 2-3 months in advance.

​Can I bring in my own design for a cake?
Absolutely, we will work with you to help you design the cake of your choice, be it a birthday cake or a large wedding cake. We also have several catalogs of our past work that you may find a design that fits what you have in mind.

What type of cake icings do you offer?
Buttercream - made from real butter, fine powdered sugar and vanilla.
Fondant - made from chocolate (either white or dark), we can also color in any color you can imagine.

I have a specific color in mind for my purchase, what is the best way to convey that to you?

​The absolute best way to show us your colors you wish to incorporate into your project we'll work on for you is by using the tools at Sherwin-Williams. They have a beautiful, easy to use tool for isolating colors in your smartphone photos that we can use to custom color buttercream or fondant. Access their webpage and app download here. Use their app to find the color you want and get us the color code, for example: SW 6520 Honest Blue.

If you don't have access to or are having trouble using the Sherwin-Williams ColorSnap app, bringing us color swatches from any hardware or paint store will work just as well for color matching.

Disclaimer: We are human, and as humans we are not perfect. Our color matching is near-perfection but projects may darken or shift in color slightly over time when exposed to heat or light. We do our very best to get the exact color you are looking for.

​There is a charge for color matching on basic or signature cakes.

What exactly is “Fondant”?
Ours is made from white and dark chocolate which gives it a unique, smooth, pleasant flavor. All fondants are a formula variation of sugars and gums. Most other commercial fondants are made from a gum paste and sugar product and do not contain chocolate.

Do you sell decorating supplies?

I placed an order for a future date and time, can I pick it up earlier than the time I requested when placing the order?

We request advance notice for any change in pickup time before the date and time for your order. Since we do things as fresh as possible, we run very close to pickup times and if you show up even 20 minutes early for pickup, your order may not be complete. We may be able to get an order completed earlier with advance notice. Your pickup date and time is when your order will be complete for you and you may opt to pick it up any time after up until we close for the day.
